Our solvent-free resins are formulated from bio-sourced raw materials, thus limiting the use of petrochemical components. This approach directly contributes to :
ALPIC is specially formulated to meet the requirements of building and industry professionals, guaranteeing:✔ UV resistance : the finish does not yellow under the effect of the sun.
✔ Easy application : fluid product, suitable for high humidity conditions (up to 90% r.h).
✔ Fast drying : even at low temperatures, allowing rapid commissioning.
✔ A glossy finish : for an optimal aesthetic result.
In addition to the classic version, KEMICA COATINGS offers ALPIC COOL ROOF, a version specially designed to improve solar reflection and reduce the temperature of exposed surfaces. This innovative coating offers :
✔ A reflective effect : reduces the thermal absorption of roofs and exposed surfaces.
✔ Improved thermal comfort : lowers the interior temperature of buildings, reducing the need for air conditioning.

ALPIC COOL ROOF is ideal for concrete, metal or bitumen roofs, as well as for areas highly exposed to solar radiation.
Implementation
Before application, each component must be re-homogenized. After careful mixing of the two components at low speed, ALPIC is easily applied to the SOUPLETHANE substrate. Its recoat time varies between 5 and 72 hours, allowing adaptation to the constraints of the construction site.
Packaging and storage
ALPIC is available in 5 kg pre-dosed kits, ensuring precise dosing and optimized application. The product can be stored for 12 months in its original, unopened packaging, protected from frost and excessive heat.

ALPIC is available in several shades (color chart not contractually binding). Samples are available upon request.
