Preparation
Make sure the surface to be treated and the tools used are clean, dry and free of any dirt, grease or debris. Clean them thoroughly if necessary.
Mixing the 2 components
First homogenize the polyol and then mix the polyol (base) and the isocyanate (hardener) approx. 40 sec. Observe the open time : ~40 min.
Application of Souplethane resin
Application of the resin in two ways : with a roller or with a notched comb.
Drying
Drying time of approximately 12 hours varies depending on temperature and humidity (see Technical Data Sheets).
